For this week’s discussion, without naming an organization, identify an organizational change that you have experienced. Ideally, something medical or clinical, not organizational or technological. For example, perhaps your organization changed a standard treatment based on evidence. What was the treatment? What was the prior practice? And, what was the new, preferred practice? What motivated the change? Most importantly, how did the organization implement the change? What strategies and tactics were used? What appeared to work and what seemed to be ineffective? Most of all were the medical, health, treatment, etc. outcomes achieved?
