Controlling the human population has a direct impact on the environment.  China decided to meet this problem head on by enacting the controversial “one child policy.”  Over the years, this policy has effectively decreased the amount of individual added to the population (400million people).  But now, they have recently decided to ease up on this policy.  After reading the attached article, give me an option on:

1) The one child policy (pros and cons)

2) What impact this change will have on China and its environment?
