** In this visit I started in new different hospital, different from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th visits.
** The visit start from 9:30 am walk with manger of radiology department to took general idea about radiology department rooms and sections.
** The department contain of: x-ray department (3 rooms general, 1 room fluoroscopy and 1 room Dexa) 1 room CT, 2 rooms MRI. Also US department and cath lap section.
** I started with x-ray part with super attended. The department receive in the morning around 150 patients daily around 30 of them inpatient .The number of radiographers during morning duty is 8.
**We discuss about afternoon and weekend’s shifts I get a lot of ideas to use in my work at home.
** I have discussed about PACS system (from care Stream Company) and about when the PACS go down, how we can manage department manually, I take some papers to keep them when I back home to apply this papersin my department.
** I like work in this hospital because advance and organise also take new leadership style. I would like to reach to this development point in my hospital.

- performing general radiographic duties, under the supervision of a qualified radiographer
- undertaking all practical aspects of radiography, including referring to exposure charts
- positioning patients to obtain standard images, film type selection, processing film images and assessing all images with a qualified radiographer to ensure they reach the required standard
- obtaining images of an immobile or uncooperative patient
- undertaking fluorography examinations such as Barium Enemas and meals, under the instruction of a radiologist or radiographer
- working with seriously ill patients and those at the end of their lives, communicating with their relatives and careers
- Using highly complex x-ray equipment in a way that will not cause harm to self or others.
- giving patients instructions regarding changes prior to investigation and assist them to change if necessary
- Communicating with patients regarding appointments, time delays and queries, and liaise with professional staff as necessary.

- First time to me to know about this position because I hadn’t seen at home and I had discussion with this radiographer about tasks of her job any way I like this position.
** IRMER initial for Ionising Radiation Medical Exposure Regulations 2000,I take general idea about this organization and how the department contact with them to send factors and they put radiation dose for patients in minimum level.
