The Final Project needs to cover the following sections.
1. Background (Company background and current performance management system)
2. Purpose (purpose of existing performance management system)
3. Objectives (objectives for future growth & gaps in performance management that needs to be closed – suggest an improved or new performance management system)
4. New system (what does this new system entail – comparison to ideal performance management system)
5. Timeline (implementation timeline and efforts)
6. Sources of information (References)
In a nutshell, an analysis needs to be made on an existing performance management used by a company and then based on ideal performance management methodologies suggest an improved performance management to be implemented. Describe the new system and its advantages as well as the timeline and efforts required for implementation.
