Please help me to develop it.

This is an Economics class and it is about the economics of metropolitan area in the US. This literature review is a part of my final paper and it is also the main content of my final paper. I am providing the example from my professor and you should follow what he did. Moreover, I have done the introduction for this paper. Hope you can follow what I have done and develop the literature review based on my introduction. In this whole paper, professor required us to choose two data from the Excel and I chose (Black) and (Income below poverty line) to be the comparison. I will provide the Excel as well.
In this literature review, pleas use three or more sources but please don’t use newspaper like New York Times, please use some academic journal article
