Identify two specific performance management issues in the law firm of Juhasz & Assosciates. The issues you choose to write about should relate to the performance management process and link performance management to strategic planning in the law firm.
Write a report about performance management in the organisation and ensure you cover the following:
• The performance management processes that occur in the law firm
• The extent to which there is a link between performance management and strategic planning in the law firm
• An explanation of what you think needs to be done to:
o Improve the performance management process
o Improve the link between performance management and the strategy of your organisation
• The benefits your organisation will achieve when this is done.
Remember to clearly describe the general performance management process and clearly identify the two performance management issues that provide the focus for your report.
