“Write a paper that refers to six different logical fallacies, about a half page on each one, at least three involving the “Ithaca Chapter”,in Ulysses, the rest can be from any of the other chapters assigned in the readings in Ulysses except for the “Penelope chapter” which will be used for something else. (Episode 18). In each of the six parts of the essay, combine a definition of that fallacy: a contextualization of the situation where the fallacy is avoided or committed; and quoted details (partial quotes with page numbers) to illustrate your claim.

Do not use the following fallacies: Hasty generalizations (do not confuse this with misapplied generalization). Leap in logic (non-sequitor), Subjectivist Fallacy, Amorha Vocabula, Affective Fallacy, Verite Fallacy, to Intentional Fallacy. Euphemism can be a fallacy.
