Based on the various codes you reviewed, knowledge of leadership theories, and ethical principles – compose a version of your own personal code of ethics that you would use as a district level administrator. You will construct the code in two parts—personal code and professional code. The codes should include (not limited to) the topics listed below. Write a minimum of five page paper to discuss the reasoning behind the code and explain how you would use this code to effectively communicate, model and reinforce ethical behavior; and develop positive and sustaining relationships in the formation of a district wide organizational culture which would recognize, celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of all.
