Assignment Overview:
Interview a manager at a company to identify the key business measures (financial, market, supplier, employee, process, information, innovation, etc.) for that company. What quality indicators do that company measure? What cause and effect (interlinking) performance relationship would be of interest to the organization?
Write a 2-3 page MLA formatted paper based on your interview. The paper must include the company overview and their responses to all questions above.

Presentation Overview:

Create and submit a 5-7 slide presentation that is presenting the information from your Week 4 Paper. The presentation must be your visual representation of your written assignment and presented in a way as you would present to the Senior Leadership Team.
