National Identity Formation Through Translation of Children’s Literature in Qatar: The Role of Bloomsbury Qatar Foundation Publishing
I am a post graduate student in the Translation and Interpretation Institute in Qatar.
I am doing a research thesis that counts for 15.000 words maximum (12 000 minimum). I need to write my whole thesis.
It is about investigating children’s books published Bloomsbury Qatar Foundation Publishing and my main focus will be on translations. My research is discussed within the context of social and human development under Qatar National Vision 2030 (QNV 2030)
Actually I wonder if I can change my order. I don’t want the writer to write the whole thing for me.
The most important things I need is to write
1- an abstract
2- acknowledgement template
3- dedication to my husband, mother and kids
4- introduction including part on qatar national vision 2030 about human and social development and the concentration on children and upbringing an informed and educated generation
5- i need to refine the attached file (09032015_edit_copy_SH). Edit the language, start with a topic sentence and end the paragraphs logically. Make sections more coherently connected. Edit the citation and sources in MLA 7th edition style
6- i need to add things according to my supervisor’s notes (sue-ann harding) in the literature review. I would like to add more information about children’s literature from Islamic perspective and the part on translation and national identity.
7- i want to double check the format of the works cited
8- things that i want to ignore: is the case study, the data and methodology, anysis and findings (i don’t want these parts to be written)
Is it possible to edit the front matter file for me. Can you add a sample table of contents that I can edit later !
Points I would like to cover:
1. Defining terms: * children’s literature * identity
* national identity
2. Historical background of:
* children’s literature in general
* children’s literature in the Arabic Islamic Context
* Translation of children’s literature in general and in the Arab World
* link between translation and national identity formation
I have written so far around 7000 thousands words, but this is done incoherently and as if it is a collection of other scholarly opinions without adding my own contribution to the paper.
There are many things that I am still preparing, and I think I need to submit to you:
1. the interviews I did with officials from other institutions to investigate their contribution to the field of children’s literature and to find out if there is any kind of collaboration with BQFP as a publishing and translating house, as well as looking at any translation done by these institutions.
2. I need to do a textual analysis for a number of BQFP children’s books (for this age group: 7 – 15) to find any markers of national identity
I usually get A or A- in my assignments, so will the writer be able to write in this topic, especially that is mainly for a graduate of translation studies
The paper is due in 10 days, but if this is possibly done within 3-5 days maximum, I will be highly appreciative
Is this the question you were looking for? If so, place your order here to get started!
