* I want 5 lesson plan, each lesson plan has 3 pages.
* 2 pages for lesson plan + 1 page for worksheet or hand out.
* My lesson plan follow the jigsaw model.

—Lesson Plans (3-5)—should be three to five consecutive, detailed lesson
plans/time periods (one week of a three-week unit for example – normally 40 to
55 minutes each (depending on grade level and scheduled time period); another
person (such as a substitute teacher) should be able to easily follow each of your
plans.
—Materials Needed: may include handouts, information sheets, work sheets,
student directions, group directions, survey questions; audiovisual materials;
media; equipment.
Notes: Handouts, work sheets, and so on, must follow the specific lesson plan in
which the items are used.
If materials are taken from another source, every page needs to be referenced
appropriately.
—Procedures: should be complete and specific; procedures may include review,
presentation of new material, group/project work; Key Questions that drive your
lesson need to be included in each lesson plan in question format. Again, please
utilize and fully describe the use of one of the instructional models presented in
Chapter 8.( jigsaw model)
Note: Indicate time (5 minutes, for example) next to the various parts of your
Procedures on your lesson plans.
—Summary/Closure/Evaluation: may include student writing/work, student
sharing/discussion, extension activity, homework. Summarize the 1 – 3 BIG
IDEAS you want students to understand or be able to do as a result of each
lesson.
Note: Indicate time (10 minutes, for example) next to the various parts of your
Summary/Closure/Evaluation on your lesson plans.
