Resource Note: A brief survey of proprietary and open source unified communication platforms.

The team should get together and discuss the different kinds of unified communication platforms (at least two, preferably three or more), research the features and functionality of them, and compare them based on five criteria.

The team should discuss these criteria. Some examples of criteria are usability, flexibility to customize, etc.
