INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION

International migration theories include both micro and macro approaches. Use experiences of Scottish Highlanders and/or of Black American Queen Bush settlers to comment on the merits and shortcomings of both types of approaches. Overall which approach(or set of approaches) do you find more convincing?
