and find a case study entitled “Central Complaint and Information Service for Louisville: City Call (A).” This case study is available for free. However, you still need to create an account to get it. After reading the case carefully, you are asked to answer the following questions in a well-developed and coherent essay.
Identify the type of innovation at hand and its intended objective(s).
Were the driving factors internal or external to the organization?
Did the innovation achieve what it was supposed to achieve?
What were the major factors that either facilitate or challenge the implementation of this innovation?
Was the innovation sustainable? If you were a city consultant, what advice would you give the mayor to make this innovation more sustainable?
This essay should be typed (12 point type), double spaced, and with a 1 inch margin. It should begin with a synopsis of the case, highlighting the main problem(s) this case is addressing, and your answers to the questions should be incorporated into your essay (do not number by question 1, 2, 3, etc.).
