Discuss the organisational structure of the agency you described in module two.
Things to consider:
- Is this a hierarchical or a more equal, flat structure?
- Agency divisions
- Is there a chief executive officer or a departmental minister at the top of the hierarchy?
- Lines of accountability
- Who holds formal power?
- Are there implications of agency change?
Your original piece of work should be between 300 – 500 words (no dot point discussions). Ensure you cite the sources of your information.
