“Explanation and Results of Market Research on the Viability of my Business Plan to be Sustainable in the Marketplace”.

Abstract:
Analysis and results on my market research on the viability of my disability accessible Health and entertainment Cafe to pay back a bank loan and be profitable in the marketplace. The steps I used to undertake my market research covering product, price, place, promotion, and people skills, together with research on costs, competition, customers and end customers. The report shows analysis of results, conclusions and recommendations on the financial sustainability of my business in the marketplace and evidence of market research.

Introduction:
We aim to give physically challenged people a chance to shine by starting the business as a healthy café that is accessible for disabled people. Our café offers entertainments facilities, healthy food and job opportunities for disabled people. It offers textured flooring, Braille menus to serve people with visual impairments.Furthermore, it also provide sign language menu so that customers can communicate through it with their waiter. The menu will contain healthy sandwiches, desserts, smoothes and juices. We target all customer .Our café is not like any regular café; it is a café that has unique dinning experience where people other than disabled people can learn sign language through our menu. Furthermore, it’s the only café in Kuwait that will give a chance for disabled people to serve others so they no longer feel disabled. This café will provide many benefits to the community. The café will offer job opportunities for them to solve the rate of unemployed disabled people. The problem is wanting to ensure that we reach our identified target markets using the correct media channels and ensure that we provide the right services at the right place, in order to break-even and make profit.

Market research:
3.1 product:
To have a brand image by offering a unique café experience where customers are learning sign language, customers are entertained and accessible place.
3.12 price:
The pricing strategy that we will use is the cost plus pricing strategy. Which is a fixed mark-up of 25% for profit is added to the unit price of the product.
2.13 place:
We would like our café to be located in KIPCO tower because it is close to our target customers .In KIPCO tower they do once a month an expedition in the roof, which make this tower a very active place where we can attract customers.
3.14 Promotion:
During the first year of operating our café we are going to provide informative advertisements to aware people about the concepts of the café.
3.15 people skills:

The pricing strategy we will use is cost plus pricing strategy. Which we will set our mark-up to 25% since our café is unique and we do not have any direct competitors.

Our target is to make profits maximumly 2 years after launching the cafe. it the first two years we wish to break-even and cover our costs.
