In an essay of approximately 4 double-spaced pages, use “close reading and explication” skills to advance an argument based on Quicksand or The Autobiography of an Ex-Colored Man, or on both novels. You may, if you would like, revise and expand Discussion Board responses, although the specific topic should be selected in consultation with the instructor.
