ERP systems

This paper refers to a case study which I have uploaded a screenshot of. The questions in this case study must be answered however in essay style and not listing individual questions. Instructions are attached and need to be followed very closely. Also, sources MUST be scholarly and cannot be newspaper articles etc. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS.

CASE STUDY ASSIGNMENT: Read Case Study 15.1 on p. 719.
REQUIREMENTS:
Write an academic paper that responds to the questions on p. 719 regarding Case 15.1, Just ERP.
DO NOT WRITE OUT THE QUESTIONS AND THEN SIMPLY RESPOND ONE BY ONE TO THEM.
You are writing an academic paper in which you will discuss the case. In the discussion make sure to respond to ALL the questions that are provided in case 15.1 on p. 757. For example, make sure to explain current environment in which the ERP system is being implemented (question 2). Then using your critical thinking skills and references and summarize the capabilities of an ERP system that would be useful for Just Sofas (question 1). Make sure to discuss if the company president understood the relationship between strategy and operations, support your reasoning with references (question 3). Also make recommendations on how the situation could be improved (how would you suggest Just Sofa’s proceed, question 4). Again, use your critical thinking skills and references to back up your suppositions provided in your paper.
1. You must have at least five references cited in the texted of your paper and listed on a reference sheet at the end of your paper according to APA style (See below for APA style guide). Three of your references need to be scholarly, refereed journal articles that relate to Lean topics, with publication dates between 2006-2015 (earlier publication references will not be counted and reduce your grade).
2. Two of your references may be scholarly books related to Lean topics (one may be your textbook).
3. Do not use poor quality references such as Wikipedia, USA Today, company or consulting websites, letters to editors of journals, or newspaper articles, etc. Stick to the categories of references I have given you above.
4. YOU MAY NOT USE THE REFERENCES LISTED ON P. 721 OF YOUR TEXTBOOK IN YOUR PAPER. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF REFERENCES AVAILABLE ON ERP – FIND YOUR OWN.
FORMATING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Your academic paper should be a minimum of three full pages. It should not be more than five pages. The reference page counts as a separate page it does not count as part of the minimum page required.
2. Double space, 12 pt Times New Roman font ONLY, margins no bigger than 1″ on all pages.
3. Use a technical writing style in the third person, do not use “I” “we” “you” which is first person.
4. Check grammar and spelling.
5. Clearly reference all your citations at the end of the paper (see reference style below) on a separate page for references alone.
6. DO NOT PLAGARIZE
