SCENARIO
Many have invested in the stock (share) market and purchased a number of shares of a “High- Tech” company. The global financial crises and the resultant recession and slowdown in stock market have led to a decline in wealth. The decline in wealth has, in turn, led to a decline in consumption of all investors.

Again use the short-run Keynesian model and a separate diagram, and discuss the macroeconomic effects of increased government spending on the economy (in this case, assume that there are no changes in investment, exports and imports).
