Dow Jones Industry Average – The History of the Dow Jones

NO COVER PAGE:

Write a three page paper on the crash of 2008. How was the Dow Jones created? Will the DOW survive another 100 years – how, why? What happened to our country that caused the DOW to fall in 2008? Were we in recession or depression? Really dissect the period that led up to the 2008 crash of the DOW and the economy. What war was going around the time of the 2008 crisis? Do wars have a positive or negative impact on the stock market, the economy and the country? How did we recover from the crash of 2008? Do you believe the economy has fully recovered from the 2008 crisis? How does the 2008 crisis compare to the 1920s and 1930s? In your conclusion, discuss how the United States can avoid another crash. Do you believe bringing manufacturing back to the US will make a big difference?
