TED Talks: The Official TED Guide to Public Speaking to describe where you are NOW as a leader vis a vis the HSB LIO definition of a leader. Discuss the context of your leadership, what you see as your strengths and limitations, and your 1-3 year development goals.
Papers should be 3 – 5 pages double spaced, 11 pt font, and will be graded based on:
– Use of SBO examples to support your general claims about your leadership style/skills (20 pts)
– Effective use of course materials to describe and interpret your illustrative examples (20 points)
– Clear, professional writing (10 pts).
