• Any Project that has been a copy of another existing CSR Project will not receive any points.
• Make sure your Project is realistic.
• Make sure that your Project is applicable and implentation is possible.

• Justify very well every solution you offer, use facts, researches, examples, etc to make your points strong.
You may choose a sector/industry or a company or a social topic/social problem (child rights, woman rights, etc) and develop a CSR Project for it. This project should aim to solve CSR issue of this ıindustry or the company or to solve the social problem/challange with the involvement of private sector. The Project should cover all aspects of the project outline (see below). You are free in thinking but your thinking/idea has to be justified in the project outline.
All Projects should use the same 9 bullet outline, see below please…
1- Brief of the Project (summary 2 paragraphs, so the reader will understand the general Picture)
2- Description/identification of the situation / problem. (Why there is a problem, where is the problem, what is the problem? Who is responsible by this problem? Who and what is affected? List the facts and the impact of the problem.)
3- Mision of your Project? (What kind of solution are you offering for the problem? How are you planing to solve the situation/problem? Explain and justify your thinking.)
4- Project activities (List Project activities and link each of them with the problem solution. This is an extended part of your Project explanation and justification. Please use facts, numbers, amounts, be clear and factual.)
5- Expected results by the end of this Project (please think all possible results you may have at the end of this Project. Please also list the potential risks, if any, you may have while delivering this Project.)
6- Measurement of the Project success (please try to identfy some measurement mechanisms/questions so the Project success will be checked against. Measurement will go along with the expected results, so you will be cheking the results.)
7- Description of each actor/partner/stakeholder role in delivering the activities / results. (Who will implement this Project? List the Project main actor or actors/partners/stakeholders. Describe each of the actor/partner/stakeholder role in the Project.)
8- Time plan of the Project /Project cycle timeplan (Make a general timeplan for your Project, e.g. preperation, implementation, delivering results. How long this Project should continue? You may suggest a pilot implementation before starting the full Project implementation.)
