Examine the relationship of social justice and the operations of the criminal justice system, including, but not limited to: crime scene investigation techniques and security; the collection, preservation and presentation of evidence; issues related to correctional institutions, incarceration, and release.
Analyze criminal and social justice theories in relation to the United States Constitution.
Apply knowledge of socio-economic (cultural) diversity to contemporary criminal and social justice.
Assess the centralization of criminal justice agencies domestically, the U.S. Homeland Security Act, and the international aspects of criminal and social justice.
