crime scene sketch
Activity For this activity, you will document a “crime scene” of your choice. Select a room in your house or apartment, and put three pieces of “evidence” into the room. Create a two-dimensional rough sketch documenting the scene. Your crime scene sketch should include the following:
All of the walls of the scene
All of the furniture in the room
Three pieces of evidence. Evidence should be documented with numerical markers on the sketch itself. You should include a key below or to the side of your sketch that identifies what piece of evidence each number represents.
Once you have completed your rough sketch, photograph your crime scene with at least four photographs: an overall scene photograph and close-ups of all three pieces of “evidence.” You may provide additional photographs if you would like.
To submit this class activity, create a PowerPoint presentation that includes your crime scene sketch and the required four crime scene photographs. I suggest scanning it and saving it as an image file so you can upload it into the PowerPoint presentation easily.
