We are going to go back to the Blackfoot River for this portion of the final examination.   It appears that due to further investigations a portion of the watershed has been determined to have exceeded the temperature requirements and therefore as a consultant you are required to develop a plan for the various reaches of Brush Creek. An addendum to the Blackfoot River Subbasin Assessment and TMDL has been written and it is included for your review as the consultant and for you to develop your plan for submittal for this portion of the final examination. Appendix C of the document indicates the amount of shade for the various sections of Brush Creek.

The format for your proposal shall be as follows:

10 point font (New Times Roman)

1.5 Line Spacing

1 inch margins

 

Your proposal must be at least two pages and no more than three pages long.

Note: 5 points will be deducted for failure to follow the formatting requirements.

 

The elements of your proposal to the community will include at least:

1. General Introduction to the Problem
2. Proposed mitigation strategy for the upper Brush Creek area.
3. Proposed mitigating strategy for the Lower Brush Creek area.
4. Proposed responsible parties to implement the plan
5. Proposed time frame for implementation and anticipated recovery
