See what is expected. Then develop your assignment to the criteria of what the instructions say and what is expected on the rubric (preferably in the 100 percent column). You writing did not address the major points of the assignment strongly enough. Part of this was due to not using resources and the four frame model and the metaphors of Morgan that relate to your company. Another issue was that many of your assertions were not supported by resources. Even if you work somehwere and know things first hand, you should go back into the iiterature, the company website, etc. to support your assertions. Missing an introduction – need purpose, intent, your position, and a roadmap of points you covered in the paper for the reader. Let’s work on these for next week! |
