The questions are based on the data presented in the articles concerning McKinsey & Company and any data concerning McKinsey which is contained in the course texts and reading materials. Everything that you need is in the postings. You are not expected to find other articles on your own. You are not required to search out additional information related to the case.

The exam can be completed by using the posted articles and the course texts, assigned readings, conference postings, and class lectures. You may search out additional material, but this is not required and will provide no additional credit. If you use additional material, you are required to submit it electronically along with your exam if this material is available electronically and it is practical for you. The maximum length of the responses for the entire exam is fourteen (14) double spaced typed pages with one (1) inch margins and font size 12. Reference materials, like tables, graphs, articles, etc. may be attached as appendices and will not count as part of the fourteen pages. Responses to the questions will not be read beyond this maximum page length, except for the appendices. Therefore your discussion of some of the issues raised in this exam might be brief.
