This is a important lab report for the client he requires that we follow the instructions he provided below and complete the 8 tasks.

1.Task 4 I counted out the answer is: 0.031 * 3.4 = 0.1054mg / ml

2.gel29 is the result of task 5 (7-10 gel column that is my work, and the other is someone else’s)

3.The guidance provides details for what is to be answered for each of the problems, and points received for every part of the answer .

4.Then the gel model data is also inside the guidance, but when writing the report we need to use our own data, which is the “gel result” file.

5.There was not enough laboratory material , so the AflIII solution for task1 and task 5 was not available to me, this can be ignored. In addition, also because the material (AFlIII) is not enough, so I did not do tube4 and tube4t, so just use these two model data, then remember to mention I used the model data, and because the material is not enough for this reason.
