The Smiths are concerned that the Tasmanian oak floor to be laid in the office/study area has to be pristine

and in accordance with their exacting standards.

To allay their concerns you decide to send them an email outlining the steps you are taking to ensure

quality of the wood at various stages of the project, that is:

• Selection of the timber

• Acceptance at delivery

• Storage and handling

• Laying of the floor

• Finishing.

Make sure you mention how your processes comply with the relevant codes, standards and industry

practice.
