Assessment task Refer to the low-rise commercial case study project documentation. Prepare a report for the following tasks: • Assess the adequacy of the structure and the construction practice, based on relevant codes and regulations. • Identify industry professionals and their roles in the project. • Assess the requirements of BCA for bushfire or other relevant effects. • Assess how new and emerging technologies could be applied in the project. • Prepare a pre-commencement site inspection checklist with all details filled in. • Produce a basic construction program such as a Gantt chart for the project. The plan should include a list of all the construction actives in sequence and the duration of the task. Allowances should be made for inclement weather for the duration of the project |
