Assessment task

You have been approached by the Client about their new residence project. They would like to make their

new home construction eco-friendly. They have small children and would like to use materials that are safe

and not harmful to their health and wellbeing. They are mainly concerned with the material for the

following:

• Internal wall lining or cladding

• Internal paints and finishes

• The carpets for the bedrooms.

Write them an email with your recommendations as follows:

• A list of eco-friendly options for the above materials

• The benefits of each of your suggested alternatives.

Don’t forget to mention how your suggested materials comply with the relevant codes, standards and

industry practice.

To complete this task you need to write them an email (about 500 words).
