Requirements: Participants must give a five-minute oral presentation based on a historical image 0

their choice (i.e. prior to the twentieth century). Analyse the image and discuss it in relation to a

theme that  you develop. This topic can be related to, or separate from, a chosen essay topics. Contextualise the image with any supporting media, references, objects, etc.

Requirement:

 

You can choose or adapt an essay topic from one of the following, or develop your own in consultation with your tutorial leader. The essay question should be associated to a topic of one of the lectures. If your question is not approved by your tutorial leader your essay will not be considered for assessment and you will receive a fail grade. If you develop your own essay question

this needs to be finalised and approved by your tutorial leader during the tutorial in week 7.
