Prepare a brochure that describes the services you offer. (Choose either biofeedback and imagery, or hypnosis, or all three). Your brochure should include:

• A brief description of the services you offer
• An evidence based list of conditions for which the service might be helpful
• A list of resources for clients to use to explore these type of services

Write a brief description of the services you offer, similar to what might be on the front page of a brochure or a one page hand out to the client. Describe either biofeedback and imagery or hypnosis, including a one or two line summary of its processes as well as a partial, evidence-based list of conditions in which the service might be helpful.
